The Relationship Service Officer serves as the single point of contact for assigned Commercial Banking and Business Banking clients within CBG Markets. Oversees all phases of commercial servicing for liability, asset, cash management, trade and FX by interacting proactively and regularly with clients. Pro-actively use internal systems and applications in identifying and resolving client issues. Manage the top tier revenue clients ensuring a positive customer experience, resolving all problems in a timely and professional manner. Meet with client and understand their total business. Create and develop customer care solutions, adhere to service standards, track issues and improve customer perception. Partner with internal banking units, to provide seamless customer interface. Introduce clients to electronic banking solutions and products.
Qualifications:
Education and Training :
College degree and 5 years in the financial services industry preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience:
2-5 years commercial banking experience
