Essential job functions would include:

* Grows, retains and attracts long term profitable customer relationships and becomes the client’s trusted financial partner through needs based solutions

* Leads a team of Relationship Managers (1 to 3) who are also expected to grow, retain and attract long term profitable client relationships

* Serve as the leader to guide a limited number of Relationship Managers in the management of their portfolios and in their prospecting effort.

Ensures team is functioning as the key financial advisor for the respective client/prospect and effectively identifying cross-sell opportunities for each assigned relationship within the portfolios.

Qualifications:

• Minimum five years of relationship management experience selling banking products in the appropriate segmentation required

• Entry level management experience strongly preferred
